 Look Good...Feel Better® has teamed up with Women&Cancer, a new quarterly magazine offering all women a trusted resource covering prevention, management and wellness issues related to cancer, while fostering community and inspiring hope.
We are excited to announce that a “Look Good...Feel Better Tips” column will be introduced in the Fall 2006 issue of Women&Cancer, and will continue as a regular feature of the magazine. This feature will allow LGFB to reach out and help more women facing the appearance related side effects of cancer treatment.
Also appearing in the Fall 2006 issue will be the new Look Good...Feel Better ad, and a feature article on Pia Awal, a LGFB graduate and the 2006 DreamGirl. (The DreamGirl is a LGFB patient graduate who acts as a spokeswoman for the LGFB program at its annual fundraiser, the DreamBall.)
To celebrate the alliance of Look Good...Feel Better and Women&Cancer, LGFB volunteers will receive a free issue of the magazine as a gift from Women&Cancer, which will be sent out by LGFB in late October.
