make the Look Good…Feel Better program such a success. That’s
why we believe in honoring these individuals frequently and enthusiastically.
Our volunteer all-stars are recognized for the consistency and quality
of their efforts through our formal Look Good…Feel Better
Volunteer Recognition and Award Program. Milestones in volunteer
service are marked by the following awards and gifts:
 Volunteer
Training and Certification Recognition
After completing the LGFB certification class, beauty professionals
are welcomed into the program with an official 8x10 training certificate,
wallet reproduction, logo pin, and static sticker (for salon window
or mirror). Volunteer coordinators, general volunteers and others
receive the logo pin and sticker.
Certificates of Service and Gifts
Every year, LGFB honors those who volunteer on a consistent basis for a year or more. Volunteer cosmetologists are recognized after the completion of four LGFB group programs in any given year with a framed 5x7 LGFB Certificate of Service. Volunteer coordinators and general volunteers receive Certificates of Service annually for regular volunteerism. After five years, volunteers receive a LGFB sliver frame as a gift. Volunteers also receive a LGFB tote bag, upon completing ten years with the program and a beautiful LGFB silver clock, when they reach their 15 year mark as a LGFB volunteer.
 Sunrise
Awards
These prestigious volunteer awards are offered at state and national levels for truly outstanding commitment and service to LGFB. The State Sunrise Awards are given to exceptional volunteers in three categories:
NCA-certified cosmetologists, LGFB-certified cosmetologists, and general volunteers. The National Sunrise Awards — the highest recognition possible for LGFB volunteers — are bestowed upon the top three individuals in each of these categories nationwide. Individuals are nominated by peers and selected by committee.Note to volunteers: If you have not yet received
